The prepared dishes are securely packaged and sealed in a protective atmosphere. We then hand over the cooled packages to our logistics partners, who deliver them throughout Switzerland.

Receive Your Menu Box

Your menu box comes straight to your home on Wednesdays - even if you're not there! Thanks to our special refrigerated packaging, the dishes stay fresh for at least 24 hours and can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Heated Up Quickly

Reheat your meal however you prefer – in the microwave, oven, steamer or frying pan: In the microwave, pierce the film several times and heat at 600 W for approx. 3–4 minutes. In the oven, remove the film and heat at 110 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes – ideally with an ovenproof dish containing 1–2 dl of water. In the steamer, remove the film and use the regeneration function at 95 °C for approx. 25 minutes. In a frying pan, heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Important: Always remove the transparent containers with extra sauces and dips before heating and add them to the meal afterwards.

Protect the environment with us: you can return the shipping box, insulating material and cold packs free of charge. Simply stick the returns sticker on the box and place it in front of the door for the next delivery. Together we recycle and reuse sustainably.

What is meant by the “weekly menu box”?

The weekly menu box offers you a convenient and cost-effective way to receive fresh, pre-cooked meals every week. It helps us to plan our resources efficiently and buy the best ingredients from local producers and farmers. The regular delivery also gives you maximum flexibility: you can adjust, pause or cancel your box for the coming week until 11 a.m. on Friday - just as you wish.

Can I freeze the dishes?

Yes, you can freeze our dishes! They are generally designed to be kept in the freezer for up to three months. It is important that you eat the meal within 12 hours of defrosting. However, we recommend enjoying the meals fresh to experience the best possible quality. Freezing and subsequent defrosting can slightly affect the texture and taste.
