Cancellation policy

Orders at Tom Tasty can be cancelled until Friday at 10:00 a.m. After that, unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin production and logistics immediately.

Please note:

• The deadline applies anew each week.

• Later cancellations – even in case of illness, holidays, or other reasons – cannot be considered.

• You can cancel your order yourself in your customer account as long as the deadline has not passed.
