Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products – freshly prepared meals and perishable foods – the right of withdrawal according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) is excluded. These products are excluded from return or exchange as they are not suitable for return.

In the event that the delivered products have defects, there is a right to make a complaint. According to Art. 197 OR, you are entitled to complain about defective goods immediately, but no later than within 24 hours after receipt. It is recommended to describe the defect in detail and to attach photos as evidence.
